"Friendly owner. Came over when I couldn't start the pilot light on the gas wall heater. A few blocks away from some excellent restaurants in the historic district. It's in a remodeled basement with air ducts so head clearance is limited for tall folk."

"The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

"Bill’s place was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was within walking distance to old down town Warrenton. Bill was very attentive and welcoming. He had plenty of coffee ready and an extra air mattress for us! I have zero complaints about our stay and would definitely stay there again. "
