"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. Although the room had an air conditioning unit, it was not working. A fan was provided instead, but it was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with our 11-month-old daughter, we did not feel it was safe to use due to the amount of dust. Thankfully, the windows could be opened slightly, which helped. The room was also in need of better maintenance. There were water stains covering several walls, suggesting there had previously been a leak that...

"We thought the hotel in general and the room were amazing. We have stayed in nice hotels in different parts of the world and this was up there. The design touches all around the hotel were outstanding. What let it down (and why we reduced a star) was being charged for parking (it was not a cheap booking) and the lack of EV charging points."

"The hotel was very tired and run down. There wasn’t a phone in the room, so we couldn’t call for ice or a new bath robe (as the one we had was dirty from a previous guest). The room was too hot and there wasn’t any air con. There was mould in the bathroom. The towels were supposed to be white but more greyish. The bar area was very pleasant, so was the swimming pool.
