"From the owner to the location, we couldn’t have asked for more. The house was well equipped and the owner went above and beyond to throw in some extras. He made our 3 year delay worth it. Fantastic pubs, within feet of property and downtown St. Andrews an easy 5 minute walk. Carrying the golf clubs to the first tee was about the best experience you can have as a golfer. Cheers!!"

"This property is in a great location close to the m shops and amenities in Broughty Ferry. The apartment itself is beautifully presented and very clean. It had everything we wanted and there was ample space for four adults and two teenagers. Would highly recommend and definitely intend to use this apartment again."

"Lovely and quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores. Bus stop is close but we usually walked into the heart of the town for sightseeing and errands. I was with my son starting at university. We took a taxi to the residence hall on the day he moved in."

"we came from Spain with a lot of enthusiasm and it does not disappointed,we recommended this house without doubt,above all for families.The area around the house is fantanstic,the nearest town,Kingussie is a beautiful place for visit and for walking and you can go to the most incredible places such ,as Aviemore or Inverness or to visit the Cairngorm Park or mountain...very near from the house. The house has got all facilities that you expect or more..and the owner solved one little problem that...

It has everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a cozy fireplace, a comfortable bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and many other extras. We were fortunate with the weather and spent most of the evening time outside enjoying a BBQ and the massive firepit. The location was perfect for anyone seeking a getaway from the hustle and bustle and we would highly recommend...
