Beautiful getaway cabin

This was a beautiful cabin for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. We, unfortunately, picked the absolute worst time to visit, as we were in the cabin during hurricane Helene. We had no power or water, but otherwise this would've been the perfect place to spend with loved ones. The neighborhood is convenient and beautiful

Great Location

We used this as a home base for a local race (Black Mountain Monster) and it was the perfect distance from everything including grocery, restaurant, and race start. Will definitely consider this again if in the area.

Trip Two to Asheville Area

What a quaint village! Loved it and Wrens Den worked great for my hubby and I and our dog! We made it to the Biltmore on our rainy day and to Chimney Rock on our adventure day. Enjoyed some awesome pizza at Fresh in Black Mountain to wrap up our stay!

Couples relaxing getaway

Cozy Mountain Cabin

This was a cute 1 room efficiency cabin. It was fine for a couple, but no more. Wish it had room for a washer and dryer. We loved the neighborhood and places to walk . Absolutely beautiful!!

Very relaxing and enjoyable cabin .. Fire place was nice everything worked and in a very nice locat.

EASY!!! Look for cabin in mountains to see changing of the leaves and to get away and relax .. This cabin and management team made it easy comfortable and fast to secure our weekend get away .. We will be back !!!

Overall good, minus some cleanliness issues

Overall, the property was amazing. It's a nice secluded area, where you can hear the creek at any given time. So relaxing! It had everything we needed for a nice family getaway. I was initially disappointed at check in, though, with how dirty a few things were. I don't expect perfection in a cabin in the woods, but I wiped the counter down and the wipes were brown before we touched anything. There were stains and hair all over the loft bedding, and dirt all over our feet when we walked around. Luckily, the rest of the cabin outweighed the few housekeeping issues we encountered. Would definitely stay here again!

Picture Perfect

The cabin is exactly as listed. Comfortable, clean, charming and decently equipped. The surrounding village was like a movie set it was so gorgeous. I loved all the walking trails through village! Easy check in and tons of privacy. We can’t wait to return!

Better here than anywhere else

Beautiful cabin in the woods. My only issues were that there was no lamp next to the bed for reading and the nice bathtub had stains (resin?) which detract only slightly from the overall wonderful experience we had there. We would definitely stay in Cheshire Village again.

Loved the Wrens Nest!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were on Black Mountain to attend a concert at Pisgah Brewing. The cabin was such a quick drive to the venue. Asheville was so crowded we just stayed in Black Mountain and went to all the fine places to eat there. The cabin was so cozy, well cooled, had all the necessities and the bed was awesome! We loved it and will return!!!! We did have to leave on Sat. instead of Sun. because my husband ending up having to work Sunday back in Nashville. Hated to leave a day early but no choice. Thanks!!!
