"Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless. "

"Had a 3 night stay and the room was clean and quiet, the staff lovely. Appreciated the excellent air conditioner! only qualm was no toaster :("

"Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues."

"The room and bathroom were spotless. Bed comfy and shower is great. Staff even called me the next day to say I’d left a dress behind and offered to post it back to me. We’ve stayed here twice now as we trade at the Christmas markets so it is very convenient and we will stay again. Very happy with our stays. "
