"el hotel esta muy bien esta en medio de neuss a 15 minuto de dusseldorf. el restaurant para desayuno es normal solo que a las 10 cierran y alas 930 te estan apurando para que te vayas el staff casi todo habla ingles lo cual hace que sea tu estancia mas facil realmente lo recomiendo si desean un hotel comodo solo que se necesita auto para llegar"

"No customer care at all, We didn’t understand each other because they don’t speak English but atleast they could assign someone who can communicate in English My friend and I slept at the reception because they didn’t give us the information about the key and we call the customer service number the whole night and no one ever picked at the same time no one was around the hotel ..How come at the hotle all the staffs left ??I was very disappointed with the service "

"We were traveling by car in Germany and it was essential to be able to rest well and comfortably after several hours driving or after walking through the city. We bet on this hotel and we were not disappointed. Very good service. Very comfortable and good space. The bathroom ok with a bathtub. And most importantly, the bed 10/10."
