"The hosts were communicative and helpful. The property is not as nice as it looks in photos. The house needs some internal and exterior upkeep. The fourth bedroom is a converted garage and the sink in that en suite bathroom was not well connected - the tap could be lifted off the sink and it made a loud whining sound when it was turned on. "Beautiful, secluded home - I didn't know that was possible in LA:). We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years. This si the first where the photos did not do the size of the home justice. It is very large and very comfortable. We had 9 adults and there was more than enough space.It was kept quite clean - inside and out.The kitchen is nicely equipped. "The location was perfect for all of our adventures. The close ones were less than 15 minutes away (Universal Studios, Dinner and Show at Pantages, Hollywood Sign, Griffith Park, etc.). We also did several longer day trips and being right off the highway was so convenient (Ventura to Channel Islands NP - 1 hour and Joshua Tree NP - 2 hours).
