When you arrive, you’ll first enter the code for the outside pedestrian gate. Then, you will enter first door on your left (funk setup). From there, you will walk to the end of the driveway and you will see the front door on your left. Inside, you’ll find a clicker you’ll need during your stay — it will be waiting for you on the table under the TV.

We will be accessible to our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.

★ A FRIENDLY NOTE ABOUT OUR HOUSE RULES & FEES ★
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay, but to help keep things in top condition for all our guests, we do have a few important reminders:

✔ Smoke-Free Stay 🚭
Our homes are 100% smoke-free for everyone’s comfort. A $1,000 fee applies for smoking of any kind inside the property.

✔ TV and A/C Remote Safety 📺
If a TV or A/C remote goes missing, there’s a $50 replacement fee — so please be sure to leave them where you found them.

✔ Clicker Care 🚗
Some of our homes include a special gate/garage clicker for your convenience. If it’s lost, a $250 replacement fee will apply.

✔ Forgotten Items
Please make sure you do a thorough walk through before checking out of the property to make sure no personal belongings are left behind. If something is left behind that you would like to have shipped back to you we have a charge of $100 plus shipping to arrange for someone to pick up your item and have it shipped back to you.

1. No additional guests not mentioned in the reservation. Unaccounted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
2. No parties, loud noise or music (at any hour). Guests having a party will be charged a $1000 fine and removed from the property with no refund.
3. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere else besides outside. Please keep doors shut, whether near or far from the house, at all times.
4. All TV and/or AC remotes must be stowed in respective remote holders. Any missing TV remote will incur a $50 fine per remote.
5. The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises.
