Beautiful farmhouse near skiing

Had a great weekend at this beautiful property for MLK weekend. It's less than 15 minutes from Bretton Woods and we had so much room to spread out in the house. There are great amenities. The manager's communication was also excellent. We hope to return!

All Time Christmas!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Very comfortable for our group of six, every window had a postcard view outside of it, and super close to both downtown Bethlehem and Cannon Mountain. One of our best family Christmases ever.

Lovely home will be a new annual tradition

We stayed at this property to start a new family tradition with our adult children and grandchildren. The house and property was perfect to accommodate 8 adults and four children including 2 infants. We went to Santa’s Villahe for a day and enjoyed local fare as well as the beautiful kitchen where we were able to serve up nice meals. We will return to this property. Wilhem we had any questions at all, we were quickly contacted. Thank you for a lovely home and stay.

Weekend away with friends and kids

We chose this location due to the close proximity to Santa Village in Jefferson, NH. This farmhouse was the perfect location. The size of the house was ideal for two families (4 adults and 3 children in our group). The picnic style dining table fit us all around easily. The beds were comfortable. The house was impeccably clean. The heating system was responsive and warm. The home had all necessary items (towels cooking supplies etc). Less than a 10 min drive was a delicious ice cream shop and brewery. We would recommend this location. Thanks for having us at your lovely home!!

Family vacation

This home had something for everyone. Near to Santa’s Village for the kids, Mt Washington for adults. The home had plenty of room for 10. Games for the kids plus swimming in the stream right from the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful, house clean outdoor games were fun(deer flies were not)beds comfortable, overall excellent spot. Only down side was the river was not really swimable, too rocky and swift for young kids.

Every year I choose a house to rent for a few days for our family vacation. This yr I chose Lily's Farm House, we had such a wonderful time. A great stay in a beautiful place

House was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds plentiful and spacious. There is a lot of living area, making it ideal for bigger groups to come, stay and all be comfortable.

WOW! What an amazing property...absolutely beautiful. It was very cleaned and well caeed for. The property is isolated but not not isolated enough that everything is far away. The property owners responded quickly during the initial process. By far my favorite VRBO property that I have stayed at.

Great for families

This place was perfect and so much space for a couple of families. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed both the wrap around porch and three season porch on the back. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and a nice gas grill that is in the three season porch. There is a nice river across the street to cool off in and swim around. Be aware there are leaches in the river. Good location to check out Santas Village, Lincoln is very close by along with Cannon and Bretton woods. There are so many things to do in the area that are a short drive away. New the Bethlehem is a cute ice cream shop about 3 miles from the house and a brewery. Perfect get away.

Beautiful property overlooking the river

Loved this beautiful country home. Everything you needed at your fingertips. Loved the wrap around porch for coffee, muffins and chatting. Comfortable furniture and beautiful home. Simple check in and out! Perfect quiet neighborhood beautiful fields in the back yard. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

LOVED The Lilly Barn!

Oh my goodness, this house and property is magical. We had 6 adults and 6 kids, and it was the perfect size and layout for our group - every adult couple got a room, and the kids are easy and slept everywhere. The bunks are full size beds, so if you have 4 smaller kids who don’t mind sharing beds, it’s great. Having 2 living spaces was a big plus, adults and kids had their own spaces to hang out. We loved the front living room couches. The house was very clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Jessica was so easy - she was super responsive and welcoming. We were lucky enough to visit during the best snow storm this season, and the driveway was cleared of snow right when we needed it. We got to meet the owners and chat with them - they are super sweet and helpful. We would love to stay here again! I wish I could keep this place a secret from other renters hahaha.

Great location

The Lily Barn was the perfect location for our ski weekend! The home was a warm a cozy place to return to after a day on the slopes. Nicely renovated & full of thoughtful details. Very clean & new kitchen appliances were a plus. Would definitely stay again!

Family Ski Week

What a lovely home and property! Super clean, very comfortable and homey. Responsive Owner too. Mother Nature was not offering much up in snow for skiing during our visit but had a great time anyway enjoying the area and the house itself. Lots of cooking and hanging out playing games, puzzles, movies, etc. Was nice that there was two living room type areas in the home to hang out so if you didn't want to watch football, you could go watch a movie/do a puzzle/etc in the other room without disturbing the other group. Plenty of space for our two families of 4 (adults/young adults). Highly likely we will stay here again.
