"I booked this property for a short getaway with some fiends and was very disappointed. The house and property have been very neglected and allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. I hadn't even made it inside before noticing my first issue, the deck has a soft spot with a rug on it, when I investigated further, I noticed the joist hangers were all rusted out along the door making the deck very spongey and unsafe. Furthermore, the property was dirty inside. The counters and dishes were greasy,...

"The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and a great quiet location downtown. Parking passes were provided, so you didn’t have to pay on street parking. The host was very nice and quick to respond to questions/concerns. They were very clear about the flight of stairs, but they didn’t concern us. However, older guests might find them difficult, especially carrying luggage. We would definitely book this property again."

"Matt is a wonderful and accommodating host. The property is very well maintained, instructions are clear, concise and the amenities are very thoughtful. "Unfortunately we didn’t hear from the host until the day before our check in and we got VRBO Care involved. I just wanted a welcome from the host message so I knew she was expecting us. I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing. The kitchen towel and wash cloth had big holes in them. On a positive note, it was very clean and looked like the pictures shown in the description. The house was...
