"Es un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones públicas como el lobby, restaurantes, gimnasio, tiendas; pero las habitaciones están terribles, alfombras sucias, las ventanas no cierran, se inundó la regadera, la luz funciona mal y el aspecto general dentro de la habitación es muy vieja y descuidada. Hice un reporte en front desk y solo ofrecieron una disculpa , terrible experiencia . "

"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "

"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"Overall, this was a nice and clean place to stay there was an unpleasant smell in the cabin and the main shower head didn’t work in one of our cabins and the glass in the patio was too high blocking the view. "
