Welcome to our home!

This apartment is perfectly equipped to offer you a magnificent experience. It is perfect for families or couples.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, each one with two single beds and 2 bathrooms, one of them complete, with a toilet, bathtub and bidet and the other one with a shower and toilet.

The living room opens onto the terrace and is very spacious and incredibly bright. What we like the most is how cool the apartment is in summer and how warm it is in winter. We have air conditioning and heating so that you are comfortable book when you book.

Moreover, it also has a private parking.

On the other hand, you can enjoy a small garden area with a private outdoor shower and a playground.



Lastly, there is a doorman and intercom and 3 elevators.

The building was renovated a few years ago and is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

We have free WIFI so you can work or relax at any time.



Its excellent location not only places it in front of the sea (on the first line) but also makes it possible for you to have all the services you may need next to it: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, etc.



IMPORTANT:

*Minimum age to make the reservation: 30 years old.

*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to make the payment of the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).

In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.

*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
