Over priced dark and musty

The place was overpriced to say the least. The place was dark and musty. Remote stopped working. Notified property management and the said look for batteries. Had to purchase and still did not work. Beds were uncomfortable, couch was uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

Comfortable stay!

The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Opening up the windows at night and then closing them in the morning and pulling shades kept the house cool all day. Lots of available kitchen tools for cooking. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Excellent stay in Sunriver

We had a great time at the cabin! Love all the retro touches and coziness. Just wanted to give a head's up that all 3 bikes had low/no air in the tires and 3 pumps we found were broken. Also the mountain bike had very poor brakes and needs to be serviced.

Good house and close to the Village.

My only criticism is that the grill had no propane and the grill was filthy. The grill brush had zero bristles left on it, so cleaning it was impossible. I refilled the propane on my dime and bought a new grill brush, which i left at the house for the next renter.

Dated but good

Great location with easy access to SHARC and Village, comfortable for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) but probably not more than that. Clean, good appliances, adequate internet for working online. Couldn't get the TV remotes to work to login to streaming services but wasn't a priority for us. Backyard is fenced, but the wood is rough from many years....works, but rough. We'd rent again!

The house was comfortable, the beds soft, kitchen had everything we needed. The tv's & music system were almost impossible to figure out, too many remotes that didn't work. The grill didn't work. But we enjoyed being there.

cozy Charm

A large charming and cozy house. Lovely setting, relaxing quiet. Fenced back yard for our pup! A bit too dark for extended stay but the many books, puzzles and games take the focus away from the darkness along with the rustic decor. We would stay again :)

Great location and house equipped with everything but when we arrived the tv wasn’t working so we had to call someone. The refrigerator wasn’t cold enough, we had to clean the vent. Master bathroom fan wasn’t working & lights flickering on and off. Other then those items we still had a great time!

Good location, pet friendly

We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. Vacasa was responsive when we blew a fuse two days in a row (the fuse box is behind a locked door). Only use one plug-in kitchen appliance at a time! When the air quality became unhealthy during our stay (forest fires), they delivered two fans that helped make the warm cabin bareable since we couldn't open the windows for the cool night air. Location is very close to SHARC, just know to line up at LEAST an hour early if you want to get in (Summer '21). Our only complaint was that the hardwood floor was dirty when we arrived and they want no shoes worn in the house. The floor needs a good mopping between guests, especially being dog-friendly in a dusty location!

Pretty disappointing

It’s pet friendly, that’s good. Location is close to village. Considering we are in a COVID pandemic, it did not inspire confidence when we entered and found food particles stuck on kitchen counter and table. Shower curtain had some mold. Tv went blank every 30 minutes so you had to unplug the power box to reboot it. We did contact management and they did send someone out promptly and offered to order a new box. I declined as he showed me how to reboot it, and we did not to wait around for the tech guy to replace it. The coffee pot is broken as the cup that holds the coffee is broken. Hair dryer has only speed that works. Spider webs in the kitchen window well. A place we would never come back to. They need better cleaners .

Fun fun

Property was located close to village. We were able to bike to everything. Home had comfortable beds and enough games, kitchen supplies, DVD, towels and everything we might want to accommodate our vacation. We saw lots of deer, played frisbee golf, pickelball, bocce ball, and tennis .

Welcoming

This home was very comfortable. We really liked having a fenced area for our dogs too. We enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back. It was fun and like staying with grandma and grandpas house. We loved all of the Knick knacks that fit perfectly with the setting. I would recommend this home

We stayed in march and unfortunately everthing in sunriver was shut. We were so happy playing board games and watching movies fireside for three days. Cant wait to come back.
