"This is a lovely little cottage in a quiet hamlet within a short drive of Bamburgh, along the scenic coast road. We had one question for the host during our stay, and she responded almost instantly. The cottage was clean and well furnished and we quickly felt at home. When we next visit Northumberland we will definitely check if it's free. "

"We had a wonderful week at the beautiful Birdsong Cottage (the perfect name for this accommodation). As a base for visiting the local area, the cottage was ideally located for accessing the coast and the A1. Furthermore, the addition of the games room was a much appreciated extra for our two teenagers. "

"The house is in a lovely hamlet of holiday homes about 10 mins drive to Bamburgh. It’s got lots of space for a big family gathering and is close to good hiking paths. It is, however, a little rough around the edges. Lots of aspects of the property need a good refresh & I wouldn’t say that the marketing photos match the actual place.
