    The Space:

    With a peaceful creek just beyond the back patio and a prime Incline Village location only a short walk from Lake Tahoe, this newly remodeled retreat offers the relaxed mountain getaway you’ve been dreaming of. Stroll to nearby restaurants, shops, and village activities, or head out to explore scenic trails, championship golf courses, and world-class skiing just minutes away.



    After a day on the lake or the slopes, unwind in the spacious living area and catch a game on the TV or gather with friends on the furnished creekside patio. A cozy gas fireplace sets the perfect mood for evenings in, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare memorable meals. When it’s time to recharge, three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. The home is heated by baseboard heat and the fireplace, keeping things warm and inviting during cooler months.

    Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities are not available to guests. Public beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; please check current access before your stay.

It was really spacious and it looked like the photos online. The entire place was warmer than the temperature outside so we felt very comfortable throughout the night. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an ideal place to be around so many eateries.

Christmas Stay

The property is clean and quiet as advertised. The location is great with easy access to multiple ski resorts. Enjoyed the stay over Christmas week with the family.

Not much on the outside but the inside is fire!!!

The property was wonderful, very clean and stocked with the essential items! When we first pulled up we weren’t sure but when we walked in, amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Retreat

My family had a fantastic time in this beautiful condo. The interior is so inviting. The unit was spotless and comfortable and really well appointed. This is a great location and we plan on booking again soon.

Beautiful home and great location!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! We traveled with four adults (two couples), which the layout was perfect for; each couple had their own bathroom and shower. We also loved that the home was on a creek. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed!

Great location!

We loved this property along the creek! We were able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants! We really appreciated the beach chairs and coolers! What an amazing area! Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo is well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location. Would have been wonderful to know a Graco pack n play was available so we didn't have to pack ours.

Spacious, quiet, and a great location!

The property was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The outside space was great, we had dinner outside every night as we listened to the small creek that runs in the backyard, super relaxing! The property is stocked with card games and all the supplies you need for a day at the lake. The property is in a good locations, close to shopping, restaurants, and the lake.

Incline Village condo

This condo was exactly as described in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and very nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The complex was a bit difficult to find the first time but was very convenient to every place we went.

All Our Needs Were Met

This would be our family's fifth time visiting the Lake Tahoe area and this has been the best rental property weve stayed at. From the convenient motives throughout the home, storage closet with cleaning supplies, beach chairs, dove shampoo conditioner and soaps, board games and playing cards, a shoe and coat rack by the entrance, washing machine and dryer, this place has thought of it all. Thank you for making my family's trip stress free and relaxing. Will definitely look forward to our next trip and hope we can reserve a stay here again!

All you need for your stay in Tahoe

The property was perfect, looks just like the pictures. Clean and welcoming. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only used the king bed and it was very comfortable. Parking a bit tight.

Beautiful home, perfect for what we needed. They have it all in the kitchen. We really liked the patio too bad for us it was all under snow. We want to come back in the summer. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Updated, clean, spacious!

Newly updated with new paint, fixtures, flooring, etc. Beautifully decorated, simple, yet sophisticated! Great location in the heart of incline village. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Relaxing Retrear

Enjoyable weekend in Tahoe for family wedding. Nicely updated condo with well stocked kitchen. Nice quiet location. We did have a rental car but nothing was too far. Loved morning coffee on the patio. Beds are very comfortable but need better quality sheets and towels for bathroom.

Amazing place-

Love the condo and the location. Room were spacious kitchen and living room was terrific. The patio are was even better with the added bonus of a creek in the back yard. Very relaxing with a large couch fire pit and bbq. I can’t wait to stay there again.Thank you!!Only two things that need attention. Could have used more propane and the porch and balcony was filled with pollen from the trees. No big deal.

Excellent except for a pine one that smashed our parked car window!

The unit was modern and beautiful in decor and with a wonderfully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware in excellent condition! The Vacasa management company was very courteous and quick to answer any questions or issues we had:)) My sister, cousin and I loved our stay!!
