"The property was amazing very safe but a little confusing to find at first. Me and my friends stayed here for spring break the host was very accommodating and nice and blew up an air mattress for us before we arrived. Plenty of mirrors all around to get ready. All the beds were pretty nice. Grill, fridge and laundry machines work and water is provided for brita. Overall very happy with my stay would stay here again."

"Sam is absolutely amazing, the place is gorgeous and everything was spotless , quite roomy , you’ll have everything you need other than your own stuff , the view is everything ,so stunning, the building itself and the people are so beautiful and nice , I definitely recommend this place it is well worth it and some, I will definitely be back"

"I must say, my experience at this property was far from what was advertised. The pictures presented online are deceiving; the reality is that it's old, dated, and far from well-maintained. The AC was non-functional, leaving us to endure uncomfortable temperatures throughout our stay. Additionally, the fridge had a tendency to spill, adding to the frustration of an already disappointing stay. The overall condition of the property was subpar, with signs of age and neglect evident in every corner....

"We had read previous negative reviews about water pressure for the shower and we were concerned about that. I checked with the property manager prior to going and was told it had been fixed, it had not been fixed and they were not honest with us about it. We took cold showers for a week with very little water pressure. Very disappointed in that. Don’t go if that is a concern and unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them if they it is fixed. "Highly recommend! Gracious host, easy check in, clean and comfortable condo. Perfect size one bedroom condo for a couple or small family. Very close to airport, restaurants and a grocery store. We used uber for transportation around town. There is a mini market in the condo complex also. The complex of 2 towers is a mix of full time residential and some short term rentals. "This was a great place for us and we intended to return in 2 years. We are crossing our fingers that it is still available then! We were particularly interested in the place since it’s close to the nearby amazing beaches (and of course its own beach), but it was also a nice enough distance from San Juan and was close enough for our day trip to Arecibo. "On the positive side, The place is big, comfy beds, close to restaurants, grocery and a 1 mins walk to the beach. The second and third bedroom have no dressers and no place for luggage. You are living out of your suitcase. There where no forks, broken coffee machine no hand towel or tea towels, but they quickly corrected these issues. "Great location and very walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again.
