Great apartment on a great location

If you enjoy a nice hot shower with hood water flow don’t stay in unit 6.
We had read previous negative reviews about water pressure for the shower and we were concerned about that. I checked with the property manager prior to going and was told it had been fixed, it had not been fixed and they were not honest with us about it. We took cold showers for a week with very little water pressure. Very disappointed in that. Don’t go if that is a concern and unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them if they it is fixed.
Other than that it is in a decent location close to the beach, it is not on the beach it is across the street. It is an easy UBER ride anywhere in San Juan. All rides were under $10 and the UBER service was exceptional.
If it weren’t for the shower situation I would give it a good review.

**Terrible Experience** READ BEFORE YOU BOOK**
We didn’t receive access info until 45mins-1hr after check-in time.
Upon entering the unit, it had a very strong Marijuana smell through out which was not friendly to our young children. Especially when they are asking “why does it smell like that” our entire stay.
VERY LITTLE to NO Water Pressure at all for our entire stay which was the WORSE part of our stay. Could not even take a proper shower and wash off all the sand from the beach. Plus the hot water was at a minimum. It was better to wash off outside in front with the water hose which is ridiculous.
Granted this a vacation rental for Beach goers there was NO Beach equipment (ie. Beach towels, coolers, wagons, beach toys, etc. which our other unit had it all and was way cleaner and nicer).
There was only 1 bowl which was a 4-5 ounce bowl that 5 people had to share. Not ideal at all since this unit was advertised for up to 6 people stay…
After speaking to another tenant at the property they confirmed that they have the same water pressure issue and they could. It bathe as well.
The property host said, “
Did you ask the building manager”? We never received any communication from a building manger prior to our stay nor during our stay.
In my experience this one is a MAJOR NO.
