45 stairs from ground floor to bed room in 4th floor, each floor about 4x4m. You keep running up and down again and again. The folding sofa on the ground floor - in the entrance area - cannot be used by 2 persons. A sign says "Do not refold the opened sofa." There is no natural light in the 1st, 2nd and 4th floor. Only the kitchen has natural light, but no view (except to ugly inner courtyards if you open the window).The sofa there is too small and uncomfortable for 2 people, as are the 2 armchairs and sofa in the 2nd and 1st floor. The heating in the 4th floor bedroom and bath did not work. The Control panel did not work. The electrical heater could not be plugged in in the bathroom, not even with the adapter provided (after special request). But one pump next to the lift kept switching on and off (audible throughout the house). Only good thing: it is 300 m from the main drag V. Emmanuelle.
