"La casa è bellissima, attrezzata e fresca. Il giardino è molto grande e curato e affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia. La zona è molto tranquilla e a 5min di macchina dal lungo lago pieno di ristoranti. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'ideale per una vacanza rilassante, con bambini o animali domestici. Ci torneremo!"

"I spent two weeks with my family in this nice property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is well equipped, including (besides standard appliances) a modern barbecue and a large flat-screen TV. The house has an ample and well cared garden, with lawn and Mediterranean vegetation and a wonderful pool, which we enjoyed a lot. "We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome"

"A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!"

"Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. "

"Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."

"My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market...

"Lovely accommodation, very well appointed villa in a perfect location. Travelled to Rome, Osia and Assisi from here. Pool days were very relaxing at the house, the house is cooled by the lake breeze and the views from every window are stunning. "

The kitchen is equipped with every kitchenware to cook as if someone feels being at home. A very functional kitchen.
