"The home is a one side of a duplex. It is shotgun and the front living room has been set up like a bedroom. The mattress in this room is super uncomfortable. I am a side sleeper and tossed and turned all night long. I would wake up every morning and my shoulders and lower back would be killing me. I messaged the owner in VRBO and received an automated response, nothing addressing my concerns. This place has so much potential. "The property was warm and inviting, just as shown in the photos and described. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. The front yard was very large. The host was also super responsive. We truly enjoyed spending our Christmas in New Orleans."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our 3 dogs. And it was quick and easy to get to Audubon Park and City Park to take them for nice long walks. Also quick to get to the French Quarter and other areas. The kitchen is very nice which we used mostly just for breakfast every day as we ate out at great restaurants for lunch and dinner. Overall it was a great experience!"

"The home was so clean and exactly what our family needed. It had a full kitchen with appliances as well as washer and dryer. It was a great get away for our family of 6. The communication was absolutely wonderful with the property owners and management. Would definitely return to visit this property if in the area again. "
