"I had a disappointing experience during check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, I had two reservations under my name, but Bella, the employee who assisted me, was very unprofessional from the beginning. She looked at me in an unfriendly way and insisted that I only had one reservation, which was not true. This created an uncomfortable situation for me and my family. We had traveled from Houston and arrived late, and because of this confusion we had to wait almost an hour, close to midnight. During that time, another staff member called one of my relatives instead of contacting me directly, even though both reservations were under my name and the only way to pay for the rooms was with my card, which was already saved in the system. Eventually they realized that both rooms were indeed under my name, just as I had explained from the beginning. While we were waiting for them to resolve the issue, Bella and her coworker were laughing, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I believe the hotel needs more professional and better-trained front desk staff, because situations like this should be handled with respect and professionalism. On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and very comfortable."
