The apartment is on the 3rd floor

- It is essential to provide the following information: ID, telephone number, Vehicle model and license plate, if you will use the pool you need to sign and provide a waiver.
- Swimming pool (for the resort): Please look if it will be open during your dates of reservation.
- Elevator
- 1 parking space (if you have two cars: the second one will have to park on visitors spot, there is no guarantee there will be one available)

*It just includes the cleaning for the arrival of the guests. If you need the cleaning service daily you need to pay extra $150 USD per day.
