This private lock-out guest suite has 1-bedroom plus living room and private bathroom. It has its own entrance and alarm. Enjoy the the light-filled living room with pleasant views in front and back. The large bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample closet, and light-blocking shutters.
The living room has a full sized dining table, 7-ft couch, and office armoire. The built-in dry kitchenette is stocked with all of the essentials, including a convection oven-micro-air fryer, and an espresso maker & frother. There is also an apartment-sized (5 ft tall) refrigerator (not pictured).
There is a courtyard for your enjoyment, and a laundry room adjacent to the courtyard for your convenience. The neighborhood is gated (gate remote deposit required)
