"We stayed 2 nights at this apartment and absolutely loved it!! It was well within walking distance to Dow Diamond. Highly recommend. "

"We found the property to be charming and had all we needed to be comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the city nightlife but was thankful for the provided parking pass. We didn’t think the front door was very secure but weren’t affected by its lack of complete closure. Booking was wonderful and easy to do and we would love to come back again. "

"Loft was very clean. Nice deck to sit out on. People are very friendly here. Mark is awesome. Wimpy burgers are great! Pizza is very popular here. Lol. The only thing i would recommend is an air conditioner for the bedroom for the hot summer days. Thank you."

"I stayed at this property for 1.5 months for work. I loved every day of it. The place was clean, warm, and cozy. The host, Ariana, was absolutely outstanding. Great communication, and a great property. If you’re looking for someplace to stay for cheap, close to downtown Midland, I would highly recommend this property."

"Loved the location in downtown, near so many shops and places to eat. It was perfect location for our reason to be in Bay City over the weekend. The stairs are something you need to be ready for but certainly wasn’t a problem for us. The beds were comfortable and the things we needed were certainly close at hand. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay!"
