"An incredible experience! A true luxury cruise. I did the two-day, one-night cruise, and it was absolutely worth it. The activities were very well organized and enjoyable, and the service throughout was exceptional. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service from Anita, who took care of us during dinner, breakfast, and lunch — always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. "We made the cruise with Alisa, senior suite with balcony. Both our agent, Nancy, as well our guide during the transfer and the cruise, Robert, were excellent, always willing to help us. Good and plenty food and nice excursions also. Fantastic room and superb views from the balcony of the room to Halong Bay. Thank you!"

"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this...
