"I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night. I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside. Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep. Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away. I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!"

"Extremely well maintained apartment with everything you needed, the only downside was television if you wanted to catch up with what's going on in the world. Set in a lovely quiet cul de sac, owner and family Extremely friendly and attentive. Great value. "

"Comfiest bed and plump pillows. Spacious room and bathroom. Looks onto the pool. Great breakfast, select eggs, pancakes or noodles plus coffee and a juice. Wifi is great but it cuts out for a few minutes frequently. Down an alley only 2 minutes from centre of town. Friendly family, booked my onward travel. Recommend for the comfort"
