"The service was excellent. I arrived at Sapa early in the morning after my sleeper train and the front desk arranged for early check in for me. Tyler and another male staff at front desk (did not get his name) was very helpful and friendly to serve, give recommendations and answered all my questions. "This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy."
