"Decent hotel, close to the ski slopes. It's not exceptionally fancy but the SPA area was nice and the apartment was spacious and comfortable"

"Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

"El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso."

El unico problema que tuve fue con una lampara del cuarto que no funcionaba y nunca la repararon, a pesar de haber haber solicitado esto 3 veces. Hubo personal de mantenimiento que vino a revisar la lampara, sin embargo nunca solucionaron el problema."

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"La relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La cocina del apartamento no la utilizamos porque reservamos media-pensión. El desayuno y la cena estaba bastante bien y con variedad. La sauna, baño de vapor y piscina completamente gratuito. También había gimnasio aunque no lo usamos. Nos gustó también que aunque está cerca del centro, está algo apartado por lo que es muy tranquilo. El personal tanto del comedor como en la recepción encantadores."

"We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

"The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give."
