Great house in Avila!

This house worked really well for our family! The location was great and we really liked that the bedrooms were all on different levels. We would stay here again!

Excellent stay. The place had everything, was very clean and quiet. Great location. One thing to note is that the downstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom so you have to go up a flight of stairs. The other two bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

The kids could walk to the beach and around Avila and there were restuarant options for the adults! The outside patios were perfect for our morning coffees and evening drinks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed with a great layout! We will definitely be back.

A true gem!

We had such a lovely time in Avila Beach at this home. The house was perfect for our family - which included two adults and four kids (ages 12-16). There was plenty of room, a prime location and the house more than met all of our needs. Seven Sisters is a wonderful management company and I felt like we had access to everything we needed and quick answers when we needed something. Super easy and a really wonderful time!

Beautiful home and perfect location!

Home was spacious, love the layout of one bedroom on each floor. Huge garage. Only tiny complaint would be that if you're having an extended stay, there isn't much room in the kitchen cupboards for food without moving things around. There was some up very high but I couldn't reach without a stool. Totally not an issue though. Location was perfect- close to the beach/boardwalk and shops with the little park close by as well. Highly recommend and we may stay here again next year!

We love this place in Avila as it is a short walk to the beach and has a great BBQ and deck with a nicepeek of the ocean. Love walking to Kraken Coffee in the AM and hitting Merseas at Port San Luis forsunset. We will be back!!

We especially liked sitting around the fire pit each night with a glass of wine and the sunset.A few kitchen items should be restocked and the kitchen faucet has come loose from the counter. Other than that a great place. Needed a couple of boxes of tissue and they were replaced quickly. The staff members were very nice about it, too.The location is absolutely wonderful. A quick walk to town and across from the golf course and a hiking trail. Quiet considering the bedrooms are on the Highway side of the condo. Of course, we stayed when the area was not very busy. First weekend in May.Definitely a stay we will remember. Highly recommend it.

The entrance road is gated and private so that was very nice, no traffic or lots of people walking by. The house was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. My family of 5 (3 younger children) stayed and had a very relaxing time. Some reviews mentioned the noise from the main road, but we didn’t seem to be bothered by that at all, and there was a large festival going on when we stayed and it was not a big deal! We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves!

The decks are amazing. There wasn't a hair dyer, so bring your own! Would LOVE if this place had a hot tub!
