"It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! "The property overall was very nice and clean. The views were amazing. I was not happy that we were not asked if it was a special occasion (which it was my birthday) as another couple checking in was and they received a bottle of wine. Also, our power went out completely for about two hours. We were told at check out that each Wednesday they do maintenance and the power goes out for a period of time. It would have been nice to know that as I was in the shower when this happened. Final think to note is that our air conditioner did not work properly and maintenance was called. The third time it quit working, I youtubed it and found that the reservoir on the unit was completely filled and needed to be emptied. I had to show the maintenance person this video - he left and got a bucket and drained it, then it worked fine."
