    Este nuevo edificio de diseño moderno mediterráneo que se completó recientemente en 2018, por lo que puede ser uno de los primeros en disfrutar de sus comodidades y sus inmaculados acabados de alta gama.

    Cuenta con pisos de madera, encimeras de granito blanco, accesorios de alta gama, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, acceso gratuito a Internet Wifi, DirecTV y, lo mejor de todo, una terraza en la azotea totalmente amueblada con vistas panorámicas al océano, al centro de Pismo y a las montañas.

    La terraza privada en la azotea de 450 pies cuadrados cuenta con un calentador de patio, parrilla de acero inoxidable, un juego de conversación con 4 asientos con mesa de fuego y un juego de comedor con 6 mesas de fuego para que todos puedan disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas que este condominio tiene para ofrecer.

    326 Stimson - El espacio habitable de la Unidad 3 no es accesible para sillas de ruedas y también puede ser difícil de acceder para los ancianos o niños muy pequeños. We loved our stay at this rental. Ocean view from rooftop deck. Location was everything with walking distance to the beach, dining, shops and coffee. We would stay again!

The house is in perfect shape, walkable to really good coffee and food. Only a couple blocks from the beach. Everything was in great shape and the hosts were responsive. Absolutely perfect, will visit again!

We loved every minute. House is clean. We spent delightful hours up on the deck. You have views of everything. We walked to the ocean and restaurant s were blocks away. Host has thought of everything we could need. Beds are so comfortable I would stay again!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place

I would highly recommend this condo. Check in was a breeze (keypad) and the 2 car garage was convenient. The entire unit is updated and immaculate--new floors, windows, etc. Great location very close to everything, and nice view of the ocean from the roof deck. Not good for people with mobility issues as there is a long flight of stairs to get from the garage to the main level, another long flight to get to the bedrooms, and a shorter flight to get to the roof deck.

Pismo beach

This is the third time we have stayed in this place. Everything has been consistently good. The roof top deck is a family favorite. We really enjoyed the new barbecue.

Amazing place!

This place was great! Great location. We really enjoyed the roof top deck! Coffee and the ocean in the morning was perfect! Super easy to get in and out with digital locks. Overall wonderful experience.

Great Location!

This property is in a great location. Few blocks to the beach and pier. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property is clean, comfortable and homey. It has everything you need. The rooftop is spacious and a nice place to relax during sunset. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I was really impressed with the property. The location was so convenient to the rest of the town. We could walk to the beach or the cinnamon roll shop with no problem. The Condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. It was well equipped with what we needed. The roof was the best. We were able to have dinner up there and watch the fireworks show with our 360 degree view of Pismo. I would definitly stay here again.

Great weekend wedding stay

We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect home base for us. There were six of us, my hubby and I and our 20-something kids. We all loved it. The rooftop deck was so nice, once it was warm enough to enjoy it! The location is fantastic, so close to beach, pier, shops, restaurants and all of it! Hosts were responsive and very nice.

My husband and children were out for wedding in Arroyo Grande. Everything very convenient. Place was clean, attractive, rooftop great. Instructions for all equipment very clear. Had a great time!

Perfection

I find this place nice and clean. Inviting. Comfortable. Just no complaints at all. Love the two car garage and secure entry for us. Well located for easy access to beach and downtown. Especially loved the rooftop living area, view from there, and the gas fireplaces. Sooooooooo nice.

Beautiful condo and great location!!

The whole property was spotless and well equipped. All the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing!!!!! Excellent communication from Gene/Property Management. We would definitely recommend this property!! Thank you for sharing it!!!

Perfect home

This condo is in an ideal location. Right in the heart of everything so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and stocked with anything we needed. Lots of stairs, so i feel like I got my workout in each day. No complaints. It was the perfect home for my family of 6!

High School Reunion Trip

Absolutely loved the place, Gene was fantastic to deal with, he made to whole process so easy. My only criticism would be they need more pillows. They only provide one small pillow per person for the bedrooms, but non for the pullout sofa.

Great for families

This property was perfect for our family of 5. First, it was as so clean! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Very relaxing living room, and great family space on rooftop. Easy walk to everything—including two very good restaurants right up the street. And the enclosed garage was a big plus! Highly recommend! Thank you Gene!

Family gathering

Got together for a special birthday celebration. Location was great. The stairs were a little challenging for three days. Three flights and quite steep. Master bed too firm and would bring my own pillows as those provided were not very comfortable. The kitchen was nice as was the deck on top of building.

great stay in Pismo Beach

We have stayed many times in Pismo over the years and this was on of the best properties we have stayed at. Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen worked very well for our family to cook dinner. The roof deck is awesome and we enjoyed it everyday. The garages fit two Tahoes easily and we left them parked most of the time as everything is in easy walking distance. Gene is easy to communicate with. The WIFI works well. I highly recommend this property.

Prompt replies to questions. Perfectly clean condo with a beautiful rooftop view of the beach, patio heaters, comfy beds and nice kitchen. Seven sisters had a great time making memories ... daily walks to the pier, best ever cinnamon rolls, great places to eat, enjoyed a night at Great American Melodrama and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop. Loved the open floorplan, fireplace and garage parking. We may have to make this an annual go-to. Thanks for everything.

Perfect location for a family

Condo is centrally located in downtown Pismo and walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants and shops. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the roof set up. We had views of the whales who were feeding in the Bay. It had fire pits for the seating areas which were perfect for the chilly evenings. We had a slight hiccup with the cable channel access and Gene was so responsive in getting it resolved. Would definitely book again. Thank you for your hospitality.
