"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Smith House in Grayton Beach. It was his birthday week and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location, with lots of great restaurants and the beach within walking distance (or a quick bike ride!). "This house was exactly as advertised. My daughter and I kept commenting about how freakishly clean the house was. It was so amazing to have beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella there for our use. Ted was super responsive and had some amazing suggestions for us. We would stay here again! The location is also perfect! There is an amazing beach with tons of parking directly across the street."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! "

"We’re leaving super happy! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The operations manager was incredibly kind to us, and Fernanda was extremely helpful and attentive — truly wonderful. Both of them took the time to explain the facilities to us, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. The apartment: 10/10 The service: 10/10 The cleanliness: 10/10 Everything was absolutely perfect. The kindness and warmth of the staff and managers made our experience even more special. Thank you for everything! Fernanda and her pool staff provided excellent service this afternoon."
