'Cozy for Two' was everything we could have hoped for! The carriage house is clean, fully stocked with thoughtful amenities and is the perfect size for two. Having access to bikes, the pool and beach along with everything you could need for a day at the beach was a huge bonus as well! The location was convenient to many restaurants and shops in both Rosemary and Alys Beach. Diane was a great host and very easy to communicate with - we would absolutely recommend Cozy for Two to anyone traveling to 30A.

Cozy for Two is a charming, clean and comfortable carriage house that is just right for 2 people. The online pictures are accurate and the entire cottage is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The location is a bit of a distance from the pool and the beach but during the busy season, there is a tram that will pick you up right outside the property or, if you’re able, there are beach cruisers (bikes) that are available to use. We met Bernie and he is delightful and very happy to help with anything you need. Diane left a welcome note and some goodies as well. We would highly recommend Cozy for Two if you’re planning a trip to the 30A area.

We were very happy with Cozy for Two. It’s a charming carriage house with a private entrance. Clean, beautifully decorated. Excellent use of the space. Kitchen is well stocked & there’s plenty of towels, trash bags, hangers and other essentials. Diane & Bernie are delightful and responsive.

Cozy For Two felt like a home away from home. Bernie and Diane were so welcoming, and their attention to detail is impeccable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfy, and plenty of living space for two. We would definitely recommend, and stay there again on our next visit!

Cozy for Two is 100% accurate! The space is beautiful and well appointed, Diane & Bernie even left us a welcome bag of goodies and a kind note. The pool is beautiful. The beach access is easy and we felt very safe throughout our stay. They have bikes to get around--and because we brought our own, they thoughtfully moved theirs into the garage so we could keep ours safely under their covered space. Seacrest beach is gorgeous and we didn't feel it was over crowded during our August visit. There are beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. The tram was convenient with multiple stops throughout the community, but even the walk to the beach was easy. Alys & Rosemary are within walking distance. We would love to come back.

Everything we could have hoped.

I’d recommend this stay for anyone — we arrived for a Thursday-Sunday. The carriage house is a perfect space for a short or long stay and the hosts do a great job with the amenities, including the bikes they provide (they come in handy to get around and worked great).Beach and pool were easy to get to, the place was clean, bed was nice, large TV (to just unwind for a bit given the heat), nice balcony on one side, sitting area and grill (didn’t use but was nice) on other.Perfect location for easy bike (or walk but I’d bike) to Rosemary or Alys. Will stay here again next time we decide to come to this side of Florida. Couldn’t have asked for anything else for a getaway for two.

4th of July

The property was great. Very clean and everything worked as it should in the unit including the AC, appliances, wifi, and TVs. The host left a nice welcome gift and was easy to communicate with. We were there for the 4th of July and it was incredibly busy especially the beach area so next time we will probably try to rent chairs at the beach access to guarantee a spot on the beach. Overall the property is extremely nice for the price, the beach access was just crowded which we expected during the peak season.

Perfect for Two!

Cozy for Two is so Nice. We have stayed here several times now and it’s ALWAYS great! Diane & Bernie are the sweetest couple (the owners) and we Love chatting with them while we are there. The neighborhood and pool are just wonderful, too. We even had Brand New Beach Bikes to ride this year. Thank you to Diane & Bernie for another Awesome vacation at 30A
