Checking in was simple, plenty of parking in the attached garage. Bedrooms and common areas are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has nice appliances, bring a skillet with if you plan on cooking for multiple people there aren't many large frying pans to use. All in all we had a great time enjoying Atlantic City, the boardwalk and aquarium are near by making it easy to explore the area.

AC for nationals dance competition.

This house was incredible. The highlights:1. The elevator was a huge bonus when moving luggage and dance duffels. 2. Plenty of room to spread out. 3. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and plates/flatware. 4. The kids enjoyed the rooftop hang out area. 5. Everything was very clean. 6. Easy garage access7. Comfortable beds. 8. Nice showers. 9. Lots of towels. 10. 12 minute drive to the Tropicana where the competition was. 11. Supplied 1 roll paper towels in kitchen, 2 rolls TP in each bathroom, dishwashing packets, washing machine packets, hand soap by all sinks. 12. Steve was incredibly attentive and prompt. And so kind. The not so good: 1. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. 2. It’s a little dark in the kitchen when cooking in the evening. I wholeheartedly recommend this property. If you choose to stay here, I would recommend the following:1. Bring beach towels and chairs if you’re planning on going to the beach. 2. Pack shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 3. Bring or buy salt/pepper/cooking oil, etc. Overall a wonderful property. And I would definitely rent from Steve again.

Short family trip

Very clean property with a wonderful view of the water. Easy access. Only downside was no necessities (ie salt, pepper, extra roll of paper towels, and toilet paper). We had a wonderful time and would stay there again!! The owner was quick to replay and gave fantastic recommendations to restaurants and things to do.

Beautiful townhouse

The property was immaculately clean and inviting. Loved having the secure, attached 2 car garage. We had 5 adults, one toddler and 2 small dogs. Plenty of room for everyone! Steve is a wonderful host….very responsive and concerned that everything is perfect, which it was!

The property was in great condition and had everything we could want. The owner communicated great. Our group of guys walked back and forth to the casinos, boardwalk and beach several times. There also seemed to be an Uber within 4 minutes of our location every time we decided to order a ride instead of walk. The immediate neighborhood was fine but the outskirts of the neighborhood were not the greatest (we walked through several areas with rundown buildings, crumbling sidewalks, broken glass and litter). Overall, we had a great time without any issues.

Great location in AC!

We had a group of 8 who came to the area for a golf getaway. The house is great and the communication with the host was thoughtful, thorough and very responsive. The kitchen is a large space that's well stocked for preparing meals and snacks. We really enjoyed the roof deck and it's views, as well as the garage for parking vehicles. Thanks again for being great hosts. We would recommend.

Perfect Bachelorette weekend!

This property was absolutely perfect for our Bachelorette party weekend. Steve was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. Check-in was a breeze, and the elevator in the garage came in clutch to get luggage to the third floor. The house was a very clean and open space. We had a great stay!!

This was perfect for a 3 generation gathering. The elevator and hardwood floors made it easy for our 97 year old to be with everyone. We had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the linens and towels, for those are hard to bring via airplanes.

Atlantic City Townhouse with Views

Stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights, and had a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The neighborhood was quiet, and so were other guests staying in the same complex. We had no issues. Part of the neighborhood gave us some concern to begin with, but was actually fine and safe. Lovely views and neighborhood. We were even treated to mid afternoon guitar performances by a neighbor (not loud), who plays his guitar on his porch every afternoon. The host Steve was very helpful and responsive. We had a slight problem with a leak, and Steve was very understanding about it. Very much appreciated. Had a great time. We would stay again. Thanks!

Amazing property and location

First off, booking with Steve was a breeze! He was very conversational and provided helpful Atlantic City tips BEFORE we even booked the property. During the trip we asked to have the air conditioner lowered a few degrees so we could sleep better. It was done immediately and without issue. We have stayed in lots of places, and Steve was definitely the most gracious! As for the property, there are not enough positive words I can say about the home. It was immaculately clean. The location was minutes from the boardwalk or the other casinos in the other direction. We had two cars that easily fit in the garage. The elevator, a God-send when you are unpacking after a long ride, or leaving after a glorious week! The rooftop, we spent hours every night just staring at the casino lights in both directions. The neighbors were incredibly nice and welcoming, no matter what time we ran into them. I will, for sure, be coming back again to stay in this Top End Townhome! Thanks again, Steve!!

Stay was good

Home was clean and organized. We had a great bachelor trip. Only 2 issues with the place were location in comparison to how the pictures show it and the thermostat. Days stayed averaged in mid 70s to low 80’s and the thermostat was locked on heat. Tried contacting all 3 property contacts about it to unlock the thermostat and did not receive calls or texts back. Maybe for future stays leave it unlocked? With that being said, overall, 5 stars for how the property itself is kept. You can see that the surrounding area is trying to be improved, just not quite there yet.

a nice place for a family get together

check-in was easy, the place was clean, the elevator made packing and unpacking a breeze, plenty of parking and everything was functional. plenty of gas for the grill, had a sweet cookout and got some sleep between our trips to the casinos. very easy to hit the ocean casino back and forth. would do it again!

Perfect Place to Gather

Our party ended up being 9 people total and we were all very comfortable here. I had recently injured my leg too and was pleased to discover that the home had an elevator! Great home, great, location, great everything!

Great space for our girls weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property offered ample parking, a nice kitchen, 3 full baths, and good space for our group. A quick car ride to the casinos, and a nice amount of deck space (though the weather was far too cold for us to take advantage of said outdoor space). Host was also very helpful and responsive with questions we had leading up to our stay.
