It was ok we could have been more prepared as it was suppose to be ready for 12 guest not enough pillows and in kitchen only one tea towel with 2 small egg frying pans no big pan also. 2 slice toaster making it hard to cook for 12 guest so just be prepared if you choose to stay come prepared other than that everything good.

4th of July Getaway

My family and I stayed for four nights over the 4th of July holiday at Steve's (host) townhome. First off, Steve was very response and communicative from the time I booked the stay and immediately responded throughout to answer any questions we had. I found the rates during our stay to be very reasonable. Check-in was a breeze and we found the place to be very clean upon entry. The elevator was very helpful to unload our belongings and for my mother who has knee problems. Huge plus. The rooftop deck had great views! It was close to all the things AC has to offer and without the hustle and bustle. We could get to Harrah's and Borgata in barely 5 minutes. Went to Caesar's and Tropicana in less than 10. Spent time at the beach, boardwalk, casino's and fishing. Saw the fireworks. Ate plenty of food. All in all a great stay and highly recommended. Would return again for sure! Thanks Steve!!

Fun Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the beaches close by, the Boardwalk, the Dolphin boat tour, the proximity to so much entertainment and natural beauty. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family, including 2 adult kids. Having 3 full bathrooms was great! The garage parking was a nice perk as was the elevator from the garage to all 3 floors. Great for unloading all our gear. We cooked most of our breakfasts and dinners and found the kitchen well appointed. Steve was super responsive and a joy to work with. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay.

Family vacation 2023

The townhouse was large, well equipped, nice, clean, and well decorated. We would rate the townhouse itself a 5 out of 5. We were surprised by the neighborhood. We feel that this caliber of townhouse didn’t fit the area it’s located in.

Great Townhome

We had an excellent vacation in AC. This home was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop area is an amazing place to hang out and BBQ. If it’s your first time in AC, it’s good to know that all the streets are narrow and everything feels a bit on top of each other. Regardless, we felt safe and had a wonderful time. The boardwalk and beaches are close by but even a 2 mile drive in AC can take 15-20 mins. Part of the charm. Steve was super easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Weekend in Atlantic City

My cousins and I spent the weekend at this beautiful property and enjoyed everything about the house. The house was very spacious and clean and there was plenty of space for our group. The rooftop balcony was also a great space for relaxing.

Very nice accomodations which were clean, well maintained and comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of some of the extras: jacuzzi tub, large shower stalls and large bedrooms. Very nice place to stay.

Absolutely Stunning!

My Family and I really enjoyed our stay. The pictures really don't do this gorgeous property justice. The view from the rooftop is something special to look forward too. Not going to say mich about that. I'll leave that as a surprise. The elevator was so convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sofa is extremely comfortable hard to get up from, you're so relaxed. The home is really warm and inviting. We can't wait to return. Thank you Steve for a wonderful experience. He is really engaging and answers all your questions in a timely matter.

Perfect place, perfect location

The Top End Townhome came exactly as advertised. The amenities that we were attracted to, like the two car garage, elevator, and awesome views were just as described in the listing. The place was clean when we arrived, and the check-in was the easiest that we have experienced, and super convenient. We enjoyed multiple days on the beach, on the boardwalk, including a night at the Steel Pier, and of course a few nights at the casino's ... all either a short walk away or a very short drive. A truly great vacation at a truly great place ... we will be back for sure.

Nice option for convention center work groups.

We needed space for colleagues who were in town for a convention, so a VRBO rental made sense considering the high prices of hotel accommodations. The property was ideal in that it was in a safer part of town, near the water, and had plenty of space for storage before and after the convention. The two car garage is really big enough for four cars and can also be used for storage. The property was clean. We did feel that the amenities could have been improved a bit. We could only find one kitchen towel, one rag, one sponge, and there was little else in terms of cleaning supplies. We could not find any extra trash bags so we used our own. There were enough bath towels for one or two nights but if staying a week you will need to constantly re-wash them, so extra towels would have been great. Extra sheets and pillows would have been nice as well, as 4 of the beds are pullout/foldaway and there wasn't enough pillows if you like to have two on your bed. We ended up buying extra pillows, sheets, and towels and left them at the property in hopes that future groups could make use of them. These were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things so I would still recommend the property for larger groups especially in comparison to hotel costs.

Atlantic city weekend

It was a great place to stay, some of the mattresses were hard to sleep on. That's literally the only complaint I have. The place looked great and felt upscale. I'd rent from them again. The owner was very clear about everything and he was able to get back to me with answers almost immediately.

Amazing experience

Thank you Steve again for letting us stay in your townhome in Atlantic City it was a great stay and you responded very accordingly to make sure the trip was amazing! The house is beautiful and clean and our favorite part was the master bedroom with the stairs to rooftop on the porch and the jacuzzi in the bathroom. This is a great house for a family even with kids!

Better in person family oasis.

The owners make every attempt to make this a seamless transaction. Nicely labeled notes throughout the home in addition to state of the art amenities including elevator. The home has amazing views of the water. Super close to everything. The casinos, boardwalk , churches and supermarket. Kitchen is stocked well just bring a larger pan for bigger family meals. Clean and I am a germaphobe didn't even spray my lysol once. Would highly recommend this set up for plenty of togetherness with the option of taking your space when you need it. Amazing showers and water pressure. Steve you have a great little gem on the corner we will Definitely be back.

FANTASTIC

We had a blast ! First pulling up right into garage the elevator is right there so unpacking was a breeze ! The rooms were fantastic only bad thing I could say if any were I wish they had tvs in all the bedrooms . The bathrooms were great the jacuzzi tub was a added extra . The views from the top deck was just beautiful. We watch the sunset from up there it was spectacular. Steve the host was easy to get a hold of and the maintenance man Bill was really nice .

Excellent for Atlantic City trip with friends

I stayed here with a group of friends and had a wonderful time at the house. The roof deck is the perfect spot to relax and the house offers ample sleeping options at night. The property was extremely clean and close to some relaxed bars/restaurants along the marina. The owner was also extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a place that keeps you close to the action of the casinos but with just enough distance that you can relax, I highly recommend this property.
