"The amenities were great, even though we did not use the stove. A nice surprise: lawnchairs are provided (we brought our own), but good to know for the next time. Needs some upkeep, the floors need washing, (a mop and bucket would be good to have on hand) the bathroom vent needs cleaning (full of dust), and the bathroom door needs some cleaning, but overall a good place to stay. "Bathroom down stairs leaked. Vrbo sux with ai. WiFi was sketchy. Utensils and cook ware were poor with non stick potential carcinogens. Limited and u mean limited paper goods such as tp and paper towels. Certain things should be available such as coffee. Over all, I wouldn’t stay again. Hope the toilet hasn’t flooded anything although I turned the water off. Water pressure very low which is to be expected down there . But fix the boil and freeze fixtures."

"First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom.
