Disappointed
Overall we were pretty disappointed with this property and our stay. It was myself, my partner, and 2 children. Check in was not as smooth as it could have been, because the instructions were lengthy but unclear. We were supposed to park in the underground garage area, but it was difficult to find it. Once we got to the actual apartment door, we had difficulty accessing the key from the lock box. I attempted to text and call the property owner/manager with no response. Eventually we figured it out on our own and got into the unit. One of the main reasons I chose this place for our stay in Atlanta was the pool. My kids love to swim and I planned to make use of the pool here. I contacted the manager prior to the trip regarding towels, and whether I should bring some from home for use at the pool. They assured me they would be provided. I soon found that we barely had enough towels for all 4 of us to bathe, let alone go to the pool. The beds were very uncomfortable and the noise level was high. Sufficed to say we did not get quality sleep. And, back to the pool issue, we were unable to ever access the pool. We tried using the code to get in, with no success. My 2 children were very disappointed. I most certainly will find other accommodations if we ever return to Atlanta.
