"We were 2 couples and we had an amazing stay here. Ryan was a very welcoming host, as were the dogs! The house was very clean and included all amenities. The views were simply outstanding, especially sunset! Unfortunately it was too misty to see the sunrise. This was a perfect 3 night stop on our way up the coast. Highly recommended and would definitely return."

"The property was exactly as described. The home fit four of us very comfortably and was conveniently located to the downtown/Main Street area (5 min walk!). Two full bathrooms was a plus. The host was responsive via text and both check-in and check-out were easy. Definitely would stay here again!"

"We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

"The view is spectacular from almost all areas of the house. Beach and park access are just yards away. House could use some updating inside and out. Be prepared for many stairs outside up to front door and also bedrooms are all upstairs. Comfortable beds. Clean linens and towels. Great communication with Melinda. Great value for a family. Our dogs loved it too!! Loved sitting on the deck looking at Moonstone Beach and the incredible sunset. Loved hearing the ocean day and night. The house...

"Great Location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach/Pier. Walk to restaurants and a great Donut shop, Surfside Donuts. Kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed to make an easy dinner. House was very clean, beds were comfy. Parking spot was great but there was plenty of street parking when we were there. Small but private outdoor space."

"We loved our time at this house. The house was spacious and comfortable for my family and grandmother. The hot tub was a plus as well as the BBQ. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved being able to play cards on the large dining table. The sitting area was perfect, everyone was comfy and no one was left out. The location was perfect for us. An easy drive into town, and the park was accessible at the end of the street on foot. We have family in Cambria and will definitely book this house...

"The girls in my family had a great time celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday! The house was decorated very cute, it was clean and everything (including the beds) were comfortable! I only wish we could have stayed longer! The host was quick to respond to any of our questions and gave so much info in the welcome book!"

"We chose this property as home base for my and my sister’s families to share quality time together relaxing in and around the pool, playing bocce ball, and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and on the back deck. A family wedding drew us to the location. The property was well-cared for and the owners responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. I highly recommend this property to others wanting a respite from hotel life."

"There is a huge waterleak with the irrigation system on the West side of the house and the water is seeping underneath the garage area and it already has mildew smell really bad. The water shoots up ten feet in the air when the irrigation comes on. Also, the toilet upstairs sometimes runs and runs unless you shake the handle."

"I was on vacation and I chose to set my alarm so I could watch the sunrise from the property. Each morning. I simply walked out the double slider doors to a fenced in backyard and you are there. If u want u can turn on the firepit and enjoy the seating area. One morning the cows came to visit. Feet from me. Gorgeous animals. The peacefulness and beauty of the location was why we selected this location. Everything was close to the downtown area of SLO. Such an easy drive to Cal Poly or any DT...

"Loved this place & its location to the walking path. Rode the bikes all the way to the beach & had a blast. Quiet and relaxing. Also management company is super responsive & accommodating. Only thing I wish is that they allowed 1 hour later check out if needed. Would come back & stay here."
