When you do, you’ll be only minutes from downtown Atascadero’s restaurants and breweries and conveniently located for exploring the Paso Robles wine region. Easy access to Highways 101 and 46 also puts the coast approximately 30 minutes away.

The private backyard is made for enjoying Central Coast evenings. Challenge your group to a game of bocce ball, prepare dinner on the barbecue, or relax on the deck under the stars with a glass of wine. This backyard retreat was designed and landscaped by the landscape professional behind the grounds at Rava Wines and Hearst Ranch Winery.

Inside, the mid-century modern three-bedroom, two-bath home offers plenty of room for your group to relax. Gather in the living room for conversation or a movie on the Roku Smart TV. The open floor plan connects the living room with the kitchen and two dining areas: a large butcher-block table with room for the entire group and a smaller glass table for two to four guests.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer with automatic ice maker and filtered water, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and garbage disposal. You’ll also find plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, and serving pieces for preparing and enjoying meals at home.

Each bedroom features a comfortable, medium-firm gel memory foam mattress and hypoallergenic down-alternative bedding. We use the same triple-sheeting method found in fine hotels, ensuring that the bedding is freshly prepared for every guest—no unwashed comforters.

The primary suite opens directly onto the surrounding deck and includes a private bathroom with a shower-and-tub combination. The hall bathroom also has a shower-and-tub combination. Both bathrooms are supplied with towels, paper goods, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.

Extended stays: For stays of 14 nights or longer, complimentary mid-stay housekeeping is provided approximately every seven days. We’ll coordinate each visit with you in advance. This service is separate from the standard checkout cleaning fee.
