Acerca de esta propiedad

Vineyard-View Studio on Paso Wine Trail - King Bed, Deck, Near Sensorio

  • Peaceful, newly renovated detached studio with a private entrance and deck overlooking a vineyard and horse ranch, in a gated property on the Paso Robles Wine Trail. Sensorio's Field of Light and Vina Robles Amphitheatre are 3 minutes away, downtown wineries and restaurants about 15, and Cambria, Avila and Pismo 30. Guests consistently describe it as clean, quiet and private.

    THE SPACE
King bed, lounging area and a standing desk for remote work. Shower with premium soaps and conditioner. Coffee maker and mini fridge (no kitchen or microwave). Air conditioning, fast Wifi and a TV. Private deck with comfortable seating facing the vineyard and sunsets. Free parking inside the gated property.

    ARRIVAL
Enter the gated property with a code we send before arrival, then self check-in any time after 2 PM. The country road is dark at night, so use the exact address (7010 Union Rd) and drive slowly on the final stretch.

We live on-site in the main house and are happy to help or share winery, restaurant and concert tips. Families welcome.
