"Online it shows the hotel has a pool, but according to the staff they haven’t had a pool for years. Obviously disappointing If children are expecting to swim on a hot summer day. The room was clean. And the Price was inexpensive."

The appartement is the best place you can imagine for your stay in Memphis: nice neighbourhood, near all the sights, lovely old house which is spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. "My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out...

"The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including ground coffee for the coffee maker. Being able to regulate the temperature was great because it got pretty cold the second night. It is close to so many restaurants, many also have live music. Parking was included and we greatly appreciated the safety of having this property...
