If you are looking for a value and no frills this is the place. A little dusty but overall pretty clean. There is no oulet in kitchen for coffeemaker, but one is located just outside of kitchen. Cozy!

Overall, this property isn't bad. It's a very old building but was surprisingly quiet. The space was a little smaller than expected but with it only being two of us it was good. It does however need a good detailed cleaning, dust accumulated on the fan blades, microwave had food splatter and entering the property there were multiple overly stuffed garbages filled with flies. We also could not access the balcony which was misleading from the photos. The location is central to just about everywhere, which was a plus.

Perfect in every way!!

I came for a quiet, solo, self-love weekend getaway and couldn't have chosen a better stay. From the boho/zen vibe, quiet but accessible location, to fully stocked cabinets (with seasonings). Everything was perfect, great communication, easy check in!!

Near everything

The place is cute and clean! The mattress is a dream! a tv in the bedroom would be cool, the sofa needs more foam but nothing major, the parking is on the back of the build and easy access to the apt, very convenient, thank you!

Really a home away from home!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for three nights during a three-week roadtrip along the Mississippi - and loved it! What a great place to stay! Looks just like in the pictures and has everything anyone might ever ask for... even a safe parking space behind the building. Quite and safe residential neighborhood with some nice restaurants in walking distance - we recommend the B-B-Q Shop :-) A special THANK YOU to Debbie, who was very helpful and literally answered all my mails within minutes!

A quick visit

The apartment was exactly as described, and was all that I needed for a quick overnight stay for a medical conference. I didn't have time to enjoy the neighborhood but was able to drive around the Overton Square area and there would be quite a few places to check out if you had time. The only downside for me was I had hoped to have some flexibility in check out times, but they werent able to accommodate... despite there being no new guest coming in. Big picture, I get it... but would have been helpful. Was a good visit, though... good area, clean apt, and owner was easy to communicate with.

Charming apartment, good location

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway for me and my sister. We had so much fun! The location was perfect. Not a far drive to Beale Street, which is where we spent the majority of our time. The apt was cozy and quiet. My only complaint would be with the couch. It was not comfortable at all and there really were no other comfortable sitting areas. The bed was amazing though. It was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were even Keurig pods for us to use. The owner took the time to check in with us and even left a list of places to eat and things to do in the area. We loved reading the book that people wrote in about their stay. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

Small and Satisfying

We wanted a quaint little place in midtown and this apartment fit the bill. Great location near the Zoo, Rhodes College and away from the hubbub of downtown. If you have a large vehicle, just know it's a bit of a tight drive to the rear of the property to park but street parking is available. It was just what we needed for our weekday getaway oh, and the bathroom with heater was awesome.

Great place

The place was warm and cozy, and provided two of the best night's sleep you can imagine. The mattress was simply amazing. It's also in a great part of town that feels in the middle of everything, yet secluded enough for needed rest. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Memphis.

Wonderful, quaint spot in Midtown Memphis!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the character of this home. Fun decor, comfortable bed, convenient location, and great communication! My husband and I came for a weekend stay to run the St. Jude half marathon and this spot worked out perfectly.
