"Good: clean house, very well-stocked. They even had fresh coffee and tea. The towels were nice quality. The overall house was just cute. The house sits two houses in from train tracks and is on the flight path to the airport but after a day we didn’t notice it anymore. Very cute neighborhood and easy walk to restaurants. Very responsive host.
Needs Improvement: 90 minutes late checking in because the maids weren’t done. Front lawn needed attention. Towels were put away wet and we had to wash...

"This place is a cute lil gem. Clean comfy cozy oh did I say safe! The parking lot is tight! And you have to back out of the fence so if you’re terrible at going in reverse then. We did see some parking near the back that was pretty straight forward. They took everything into account to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here in the future."

"Not at all a ding on the property, but the ramp got very slippery in the rain and both Ashley and I sort of slipped a bit as we left this morning. I suggest putting down traction strips or similar. "

"We loved the exposed brick and cleanliness of the apartment, which was in a very cool renovated building in a convenient location. The coffee station down the hall was a big plus. Morgan was attentive and responsive, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if back in Memphis. "

"This booking experience was incredible. Host was super kind, the property was super cute and safe, great location; legitimately the best experience I’ve ever had. I cannot RECOMMEND this place enough!!! Worth every penny and if I’m ever back in Memphis I will be staying there again. "

"Outstanding stay. Apartment was spotless! According to my son (6’3 / 220 lbs), the sofa bed was one of the best he has slept on. Neighborhood was good, walked to several local spots, and never felt unsafe. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"
