"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"The apartment had a mildew/damp smell as soon as we opened the door and did not subside with AC and fans. The towels were clean but stained and the bathroom rug was also stained or dirty. Both of which were very off putting. The furnishings were minimal and the bed was comfortable enough. The sofa bed was actually a futon and wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. We’re not sure if it converted into a bed but it seemed smaller than a double sofa bed described in the overview. We know the futon was...

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"We had a great time. Resort was nice. Lots of amenities, including snacks in room, Coffee provided, stocked kitchenette, theme park and shopping transportation and Disney themed space. We appreciated being just minutes away from restaurants and things to do. Transportation is limited to specific drop and pickup times so ride share or car may be beneficial for more travel flexibility. We needed a relaxing getaway with a little fun and this was a good place to stay. "

"Had a great stay in Kissame, we were there for the Disney and Universal parks and the location was great didn’t drive more than 20 minutes to each park. The kitchen space was perfect for my family and I was even able to make a dinner for 8 with a little planning. We loved the living room space my 2 year old had some space to play. It was a great stay I would stay again when my family comes back."
