"The property was ideal for our purposes. The bedrooms were ideal (the master bedroom is HUGE!), the kitchen had everything we needed, and the porch/backyard were comfortable. The bluetooth speakers in the ceiling are a nice touch :)There was an issue with the pool during our stay, but the situation was addressed promptly by the property representatives. "Property was not safe. The deck was not safe, a lot of the boards were rotted and my foot went through. The shower was not safe due to the unlevel floors, making it slippery. All inside the place the floors were not even, waving up and down. Definite foundation work is needed. The building is not up to code. Ceilings are not high enough. Electrical is not up to current code. Hard to imagine the place has a certificate of habitation. This feels like a large shed, transformed into a place to stay...

"The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive."

"We rented the house for 3 weeks. We had a great time there. It was amazing to watch the varied wildlife around the area. I took my dog on walks every day. There is a nearby park with a boat launch, kids playground and large dock/pier. The area gets an A plus for walking score. The house was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. Every one was very pleasant. William (the host) was awesome! He answers very promptly and is very polite. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate and very peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning out on the screened in patio. Ashton, the host was extremely accommodating and sweet-she even left us a "Happy 4th of July" cake!
