    While the house offers total tranquility and relaxation, it is only a short drive from Orlando’s numerous theme parks (Universal Studios 20 min, Disney World 30 min) and all other local attractions (Mall of Millenia and premium outlet malls 20 min drive)

    Welcome to your Lake Apopka getaway—relaxing, scenic, and close to everything Winter Garden has to offer. The home features a well-appointed kitchen, multiple Smart TVs, and plenty of comfy seating across the living areas and screened-in porch, making it easy to unwind as a group.



    Step outside and enjoy the best part of the property: multiple outdoor patios, an outdoor fire pit, and a fishing pier. You’ll have beautiful views of Lake Apopka and the nearby nature reserve, where you can spot lots of wildlife and local birds from the porch or patio.

We enjoyed our stay here for our trip to Islands of Adventure with the kids. It was great being able to take our little dog plus the house didn't look or smell like some other pet friendly ones we've stayed at before. The house was spacious, the view was really nice & it was conveniently located to everything you can think of.

The house came with every kitchen appliance I could think of, the wildlife behind the house was so enjoyable to watch and hear the sounds of the birds, the location was superb for bike riding on the Orange Trail, for going into town for coffee in the morning and restaurants in the evening and a little bit of retail therapy. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

The interior is amazing and beautiful- plenty of room for larger groups to spend time together and enjoy meals. Spectacular views and great bird watching!

Quiet, Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a great stay. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Wish we had had more time to take advantage of all the amenities and things to do. I hope to come back soon and will definitely stay here.

Relaxing lakefront property

Our family had a great time staying at this property. There are so many different types of birds and other wildlife to watch every day. The sunroom was a great place to read and relax in.

Perfect hangout in Winter Garden

This was the perfect place for the six of us to hang out in all the comfy rooms, enjoy the wildlife right out the back door and explore the cute town of Winter Garden. It’s close enough to walk, but we also rented a golf cart to make it easier to bring back the treasures we found in the shops and at the farmer’s market.

Lake House

Beautiful home with the most amazing lake views. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. The neighborhood was safe. My dogs enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and the nearby trail. We will definitely be back.

Winter Garden getaway

Exactly as promoted, with great communication. Very close to lovely Winter Garden downtown. Having a dock on the lake provided for great sunsets and lots of birdlife. A great idea for families instead of staying in a bland hotel. And close to all the attractions that Orlando offers.

Room to enjoy nature

Our extended family loved cooking together in the roomy kitchen and listening to the gators rumble while we played board games on the screened porch. The couch on the porch was a comfy place to watch birds during the day. The lake view is beautiful!

Highly Recommend

Exceptionally clean house, new very well stocked kitchen and master bath, wonderful views of the lake, comfortable beds. A bird watchers paradise. Would definitely rent again The bikes were much appreciated.

We will be staying here again

A beautiful property with stunning views of the lake. The pictures do not do it justice, I chose this property to propose to my now fiance and it did not disappoint. We couldnt think of a more fitting location with such a beautiful house and incredible scenery. The house is spacious, very clean, well decorated and up to date with every amenity for a comfortable stay. The host is extremely responsive and helpful and will insure that you have the best stay possible.

I saw an otter!

This is our second time staying at this property. The back porch is a comfortable place to enjoy the view of the lake. I saw an otter run across the yard one morning. The host is responsive, and the size of the house suits our family. Being close to downtown Winter Garden is also a plus.

Spring break

The house and location of the house was amazing. We woke up to bird sounds, would sit on the deck with our morning coffee and listen to the many sounds of nature while watching the gators. It was a perfect central location to farmers markets, fine dining, grocery stores, and had a wonderful small town feel. The house was clean and was well equipped with anything we could possibly need. We used the bikes provided to bike to various ponds around the neighborhood to go fishing. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation!

Beautiful home and a great location!!

I needed a kitchen to cook for a local event. The space was perfect. Two full size refrigerators really helped. Everything was clean and more space than I expected.

Beautiful in Winter Garden

This is such a great home. We had plenty of bedrooms,bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. Everything was so clean and furniture very comfortable and nicely decorated. The large porch with the comfy couch was delightful and air conditioned! Wonderful in the summer. 5 stars !!!!!

Perfect location

Very unique home with a beautiful view! It is very close to downtown Winter Garden & about a 10 minute drive to “The Grove” shopping Mecca! We were on our 27th “girls weekend” 5 women over 50 yrs old, which made it nice that there are downstairs sleeping options. The only FYI is that both showers are upstairs. We’ll stay again!

Peaceful!

This house was a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. I’ve stayed closer to the parks in years past, but this house is hands down the way to go even if it’s a little more removed from theme park central. The dock is the perfect place for bird watching and watching sunsets. The deck was comfortable and it was so fun to watch all the wildlife. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back.
