"Lovely space. So delighted by the king size bed. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Easy access to Metro and access into the Capital. 5 stars, would stay here again. "

"Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Great back yard. Will stay here again when back in the area."

"Great house and a great host."

"We loved how close to Washington DC it was...and also to the the Huntington Metro station! Host was very helpful on how to navigate getting to to the city, etc. The place was very nice...just a little smaller than we expected, but it was fine for what we needed for just one night. Would def book again!"

"Comfortable stay for a family of 5. Great location and quiet. Communicative and understanding host!"

"The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

"Front lawn needed mowed. Back patio was overgrown. House/rooms are very choppy. Not really a fan of 1st floor bedroom (one big room w 2 beds) and only door to back patio w a very small bathroom. The main floor was fine. The third floor has other 3 bedrooms w 1 & 1/2 baths in main room. The entire inside of the house needs painted. Also the water in entire house takes forever to get hot. Oh one more note. The only way a car could be parked in the garage is it was a mini cooper."

"All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental."
