Perfect property

This property is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the comfortable beds, the array of coffee supplies, and the ease of checkin and checkout procedures. If you are willing to use the transit system it is a perfect location. It is close to a busy street, but we were not disturbed at all. For those with mobility issues, There are stairs up to the bedrooms. We hope to comeback and visit Alexandria/DC again and would gladly stay at this property, and highly recommend it to others.

Awesome place to stay!

The house was just like the pics. Bedrooms were huge and each had en suite bathroom, which was terrific! Hosts thought of everything and were so quick to respond to messages. Our family would love to come back again on our next trip to the area!

More than we could have asked for

The house is beautiful, very clean and oh so welcoming. We were a group of two couples and a teenager. The bedroom setup could not have been better. Loved the deck out back. Neighborhood felt very safe. Kitchen had everything we needed or could want.

Elegant, well appointed townhouse

Five adult family members stayed in this house for nearly a week at Christmas while visiting other family members with young children. The house was perfect for us. Every detail has been considered and offered.The kitchen is exceptionally well outfitted, there is a very good washer and dryer, every couple had their own attached bath, the closets are spacious, there is a small outdoor space with a grill and a fire pit, and on and on. And even though it is close to a busy road, it was very quiet inside. However, is definitely a house for adults, not small children.I hope this house is still a short-term rental when we visit Alexandria again.

Washington DC Trip

We were 3 adult couples visiting the DC sights for a week. We enjoyed our stay and it was well located to DC if you have a car. Garden could use a little TLC but otherwise a great time !

Very clean

It’s always a challenge to find a property with en suite bathrooms for 3 or 4 couples at a fairly reasonable price and in a good location. And, despite being next to a high school with the accompanying traffic, it was reasonably quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

The home was just as described. It’s in a great location, situated in a safe neighborhood with private parking; which is a plus in the D.C. area. The home has 3 wonderfully appointed bedrooms all with comfortable beds and great decor. You’ll find everything you need including ample towels, plenty of cookware and all the streaming channels you’d ever want. Colin and Laurie were wonderful hosts who communicated well and even left us a handwritten note alongside an excellent bottle of red wine to welcome us to their home. If you’re visiting the DC area, you can’t go wrong with this property. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!!!
