  • Welcome to our clean 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in Ballston, one of Arlington’s most convenient neighborhoods. Walk to Ballston Quarter for restaurants, coffee, shopping, and entertainment, and enjoy quick access to Ballston-MU Metro for easy trips into Washington, DC.

    The home works well for families, business travelers, university visits, interns, and longer stays. You’ll have two comfortable bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, Wi-Fi, smart TV, A/C and heat, a stocked kitchen, Coffee, fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, and laundry access.

    One dedicated parking spot is provided in front of the building. Additional parking may be available in the lot behind the building, based on availability. For second spot, please ask before arrival., which is a big plus in Ballston.\

    You’ll also be close to Marymount’s Ballston Center, Virginia Tech’s Arlington presence, Ballston offices, grocery stores, parks, and major routes to DC, Tysons, Clarendon, Rosslyn, and National Landing.

    This is a private stay in a quiet residential building and there may be guests or residents in nearby units. Please respect neighbors, follow quiet hours, and No parties, events, or large gatherings.

    Guest count: Please list the correct number of guests when booking. The reservation is approved only for the number of guests listed. Unapproved extra guests may result in additional fees, cancellation of the stay, or removal from the property.

Amazing location! We enjoyer walking to a nearby doughnut shop. We slept really well also! The coffee maker was missing but thankfully we brought k cups. I would suggest more hooks for coats and updated living room furniture.

Kitchen was adequately equipped and the location is excellent. Furnishings are a bit dated but adequate but the bed was comfortable and the HVAC system handled the big swings in DC temps (30 degree swings during our April visit) very well keeping the apartment very comfortable. Host provided more than enough blankets. Apt could use a small dresser or some kind of shelving for clothes. In the bathroom water pressure was good and plenty of hot water.

Great Stay

Stayed for the marine corp marathon, right by a lot of restaurants and bars, easy to get to the city, lots of room for everyone

Overall the stay was great!! We stayed one night my only complaints would be that the place was supposed to be available at 3 and when we got there we wait 30 mins on cleaning lady to finsh couch wasn't comfortable at all for any of us but again we enjoyed our stay wasnt any issue checking in....

Thanksgiving

My mom and I enjoyed our stay over the long holiday weekend. It was close and convenient to my sister and family. The place was perfect...easy to access local restaurants and transportation.

A great property in close proximity to restaurants and the metro station. Clean. Very good shower. Big kitchen. Big TV. Great communications with host. Great neighborhood. I would stay here again. It was in close proximity by car to Georgetown University and the Georgetown Hospital We were in town for medical treatment. Pet friendly. We brought our dog.

The stay as a whole was generally good. The condo was as expected other than some fixtures hanging from the ceiling or off the wall, but we didn't have to interact with them directly so it was excusable. The main gripes with our stay was with the internet randomly turning off on our second night, and the water being turned off at 9:40am on the day of check-out. Wifi is excusable, we can just use data....but the water being turned off an hour and twenty before we are to check out at 11 is crazy! So much for washing dishes after breakfast and especially showering before we got on the road. It would have been so much better if we got a heads-up at least.

Comfortable home, great location

We highly recommend this cozy condo. In walking distance to stores and restaurants as well as to the Metro station. Property manager was very welcoming and helpful!

The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there. He told me to cancel, the app wouldn’t let me. He then stopped communicating with me. We left within minutes and had to pay for a hotel. The property owner never helped with anything.

A quick overnight

We were in town for a concert with our kiddos. This condo was perfect for us. Its in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and very comfortable. Also, perfectly located for easy access to DC with lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. Our host was very kind and responsive when I had questions regarding check-in. Would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return.

D.C. sightseeing trip

It was clean and worked for us. There was a washer and dryer but it was in the basement and we needed quarters to use them. Overall it was a nice place. Small but we weren't there much besides to sleep and shower.

It was clean and well kept the only issues was the AC shut off during the night it got very warm in bedrooms, there could have been more bath towels for 3 adult's and one teenager.

The area was nice and quiet and the apartment was neat and clean. My only concern was that parking is steep and a bit small for a larger vehicle. There were a few uncovered outlets and the kitchen light switch did not work properly. Other than that it was a nice stay with very comfy beds!

Convenient location

Convenient

House is in a good location. Wasn’t clean on arrival but was done shortly afterwards. Kitchen was good. Bathroom needs some fixing. Toilet needs some repair. Good overall.

Great apartment. Very nicely set up and clean. Supplies of coffee and other disposables were great. Ice to have driveway parking. Would totally rent again. Only minor drawback was the sound from the upstairs people ( older house can’t totally control).

Leisure.

It was okay for the purpose we stayed there for. At times , we were barely there , because the neighborhood this VRBO was in, was interesting enough. There were plenty restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. This is something we loved. The neighborhood was pretty quiet yet other units, or the other unit in the building , was pretty noisy sometimes. So, if anyone wants a quiet getaway, idk, but if you love Ballston quarter area, you or your partner or friends, I would stay here.

It worked

This worked well enough. We were not there much and did not use many of the amenities, but it was as advertised. The beds were comfortable, but the couches were not. There was black mold in the bathroom ceiling and mildew on the bathtub floor that would need to be remediated before I could recommend it to anyone or use it again.

Watkins vacation

Property is as it was stated online. I do agree with the other comments regarding the loud neighbors downstairs and also the smell of marijuana downstairs in the evening was a little bit of a turn off.
