"The best part of this hotel is its location which is literally within the West Station. You don’t even have to leave the building to jump into a train. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff was a mixed bag. The first night we had issues with the room’s power and when asked about it I was told if I wanted to charge my phone at the front desk instead of being given the attention to review the issue. The cleaning staff did not clean the room the first night even when we did not leave the “do not clean” sign at the door and they also did not refresh the water bottles (not sure if this is a policy of the hotel). "

"El hotel estaba en remodelación, aún así es muy agradable y muy buena ubicación, lo único es que el día que salimos estábamos por bajar y exacto a las 11 ya estaba un empleado del hotel tocando la puerta para apurarnos pero de una manera muy grosera y hasta despota"
